This project involved the complete remodeling and renovation of a 4-story building. A comprehensive reorganization of departments and traffic flow was developed to enhance and emphasize customer service. The first floor utilizes many retail marketing concepts such as a cyber care, a concierge station, “purposeful” waiting areas and remote teller systems. A complete merchandising and fulfillment program was integrated throughout the facility.
