This 7,800 sq. ft. facility was a joint venture between a private developer and SwedishAmerican Hospital to provide long term rental space for the Fresenius Dialysis Center.  The site was an open lot immediately north of the hospital campus and accommodates on-site detention, parking, and large truck delivery.
