This new facility is a venture into the aggressive and ever-expanding markets of Aurora-Oswego-Naperville, Illinois. The ground floor utilized contemporary planning and messaging systems to create a dynamic lobby and walk-up teller area. The basement contains building support systems/spaces and 2,000 sq. ft. of rental space. P▪G Architecture Design/Build provided full services from due diligence site analysis to building design and construction services.
