This branch facility represents a prototype renovation to experiment with a retail marketing concept that could be adapted to all of Alpine Bank’s existing branches. The concept is based upon the success of their supermarket branches which utilize not only merchandising displays but also emphasizes cross training staff members to become more proactive sales people.
