PG Prefab Project Update

Erection of the prefabricated exterior walls began during December 2010 on this 12,000 sq. ft. orthopedic medical office for Wabash General Hospital, an Illinois critical access hospital in Mt. Carmel, Illinois.
The winter weather poses little problem as the crew is able to place the panels quickly and enclose the building envelope allowing the build-out in heated comfort.
The facade is placed on the panels in the factory thus the building shell is ready to erect when it arrives on the trucks at the job site.
PG Architecture Design-Build is providing a turn-key project for this client from design and construction management to interior design and furniture procurement.
The current economic climate has generated some excellent pricing which we anticipate will continue throughout 2011.
For those organizations considering building, the opportunity to see significant savings is an added incentive for this year.
